Her expertise includes talent acquisition, benefits administration, employee relations, compensation strategy, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development.

Tori is a seasoned accounting and financial operations professional with more than 8 years of progressive experience helping organizations strengthen financial processes, improve operational efficiency, and maintain regulatory compliance. She specializes in corporate accounting, financial reporting, SEC compliance, payroll, sales compensation, and process optimization, partnering with organizations to build scalable accounting practices that support sustainable growth.
Throughout her career, Tori has managed complex accounting operations, including month-end close, account reconciliations, GAAP-compliant financial reporting, audit readiness, and internal controls. She collaborates closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Operations, to identify opportunities for greater efficiency, reduce operational risk, and implement practical financial solutions that improve accuracy, enhance business performance, and support informed decision-making.
Known for her ability to simplify complex accounting processes, Tori has successfully led system implementations, developed standardized operating procedures, improved reporting workflows, and optimized financial processes that have resulted in measurable cost savings and increased operational efficiency.
